Personal Possessions
Please put names on any jackets, coats, and personal items brought to school.
Children need to bring their Hillstone Academy Preschool bags every day.
Show & Tell
Preschool and Pre-K classes have Show & Tell on the last class day of the week.
Children should bring only ONE item for show and tell.
Due to allergy concerns, please do NOT bring pets to show and tell.
No toy weapons for “show & tell” please.
Dropping Off & Picking Up
Parents need to deliver children to and pick them up from their classroom door each day.
Please inform the front desk or the teacher if someone other than you will be picking up your child.
Our parking lot is very busy during pick-up and drop-off times.
In order to ensure safety, please hold on to your child’s hand at all times.
Do not use your cell phone while you are driving in the parking lot OR while you are dropping off or picking up your child.
Do not leave your car running while you bring your child into class.
Please drive very slowly in the parking lot.
Children should arrive at school no more than five minutes before class time and be picked up no more than five minutes after class concludes.
Tuition
Tuition is auto-billed on the 1st of each month and auto-pay occurs on the 5th of each month.
Your financial information for Auto-pay is securely stored in our system.
Tuition is the same amount each month.
Credit is not given for missed days. Teachers will be happy to save missed papers and activities for the parents to do with the child at home.
Tuition is paid electronically each month through your Enrollsy account.
Birthdays
We celebrate birthdays at school. Your child's teacher will work with you on an appropriate celebration date. You may bring 12 commercially-wrapped treats if you wish to help your child celebrate his or her birthday. These treats will be sent home at the end of the school day (not eaten during class). Your teacher will send home a reminder note the class day before their birthday celebration.
